A Note About Layering Pigments

You can create a very unique and memorable finish by layering our different types of pigments on your projects. For example, you can take a two stage paint job, and make it a three stage one by adding a layer of our ghost pearls in the middle of the mix (base-coat, pearl paint, clear coat). You can also achieve a pearlescent white look by using our silver ghost pearl or gold ghost pearl over a white base coat. Not only are all of our ghost Pearls completely compatible with plasti dip, we were the first to supply the dip companies with pigments. If you have any reservations about whether our products work in vehicle coatings, you should know that we were the pioneers who introduced Plasti Dip Pearls to the world.

We recommend 1 level teaspoon of ghost pearl per sprayable quart of clear paint/binder, or one tablespoon per pound of clear powder coat. These are all starting ratios and can be adjusted for your specific use.
